1 - A $40 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, all deposit goes towards the final cost of the hairstyle chosen.
2 - The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH preferably,Apple pay or ZELLE on the day of your appointment.
3 - Deposits are non-refundable, they can be transferred for rescheduling (once) in 30 days if the appointment is rescheduled before 24 hours of your initial appointment.
4 - All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the appointment. (a day before your appointment).
5- There is a 15 MINUTES Grace period.You will be require to pay $10 for every 15 MINUTES . WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AFTER 30 MINUTES. Please communicate with us if you are running late. We do very well with communicating with our clients.
6-Please come WASHED, DETANGLED, DRIED, and free of product.We do offer wash service for EXTRA CHARGE
7- KIDS ( 8 YEARS AND UP) IS REQUIRED BEFORE SERVICE
